Make Full Flash with SE Tool 2 Lite

Here is described, how to make a full flash with SETool 2 Lite and How to apply or remove patch. on sony ericsson

DOWNLOAD SE Tool 2 Lite 1.10 (you can Use Google to Find out)
Upgrade from 1.10 to 1.11:
SETool 2 Lite 1.10 to 1.11 update (you can Use Google to Find out)

below is step to guide, so read carefully

1. Back-up your GDFS file and write your GDFS.

Look to the left column and down you will see a button called “Read GDFS”. Click it, and then hold down the C button on your phone, and then plug in the cable. Eventually it will get to a point , where it says “PROGRAMMING FLASH”. Once it says Unplug the cable , then Unplug your phone, take the battery out, put the battery back in, hold down C, press the “READY” button, then plug the phone back in, BUT right after you plug it in, about 2 seconds after or so, release the C button. SETool 2 Lite will now read the GDFS and then it will say “Getting GDFS Chunk” , and then once it has fully read your GDFS, you can click “Quit”.Take the battery out for about 20 seconds, and then put it back in. "Write gdfs" will write gdfs to phone in BINARY format. File selected in "MISC. Box" will be assumed as gdfs in binary format.

2. Flash your phone using SETool 2 Lite

Step 1: Shut down your phone and open SETool 2 Lite. Step 2: Choose your phone model. Step 3: Press the ADD button and select the Main&FS files (.mbn & .fbn). MAIN and FS can also be bin files. In fact the only important thing is that, they're unencrypted. Step 4: Select the archive with the customization files (.zip).After it is recognized by the program , in the left side will appear informations about the customization.The archive(.zip) contain files from tpa/preset/custom. Step 5: Press the FLASH button. Step 6: Connect the usb cable while holding down the "c" button un your phone. Then wait for the process to finish. Step 7: Disconnect your phone , get the battery out for 5 seconds , reintroduce it and start up the phone.It will appear a screen with "Please Wait...", wait 1-2 minutes and then the phone will start normally.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1

There are currently no Sony Ericsson phones that should be compared to the X1. Nor are there any that can match the X1 in terms of features and functionality. If we were to take a comparing look at the global market of smart phones, we’d find a tiny selection of smart phones that are similar to the X1, but not a single of these is a match for the X1. More on this later in the review.

The X1 comes in a nice looking white and blue box in a typical square shape. While there’s really nothing wrong with the design of the box, the X1 is supposed to be a luxurious handset that is at the top of Sony Ericsson’s range. We would have wished that packaging had reflected this rather than just look like an ordinary product. Granted that this isn’t likely to be a deal breaker for many, if any, it is still something we would like to see Sony Ericsson address with future products in this category.
Inside the box, the content is separated in three smaller boxes - one with the phone, one with accessories and the last one for manuals, promotional stuff and the software disc. The X1 product box includes the following:

* Heavy weight at 158 grams
* Hefty price-tag


Note that the XPERIA X1 makes use of a mini-USB port instead of Sony Ericsson’s proprietary Fast Port connector, which means that you won’t be able to use your old chargers and accessories with the X1. The charger included in the X1 sales package charges the phone via the USB cable, so don’t throw this away! Speaking of accessories for the X1, Sony Ericsson has fortunately announced a few of these, including a cigarette lighter adapter, dubbed the CLA-70.

When you buy the X1 you will also get a 4 gigabyte memory card delivered separately, or at least that’s what happened with my X1. Other regions will receive a full length version of the movie “Hancock” on a 1 gigabyte memory card. I guess it depends a lot on your region and possibly also operator.

While we’re generally pleased with the bundled items, there’s no desk stand in the box, which would undeniably have been a nice addition to the X1.

Modding SE G900 UIQ Smartphone Files

If you're in to hacking or modding files for smart phones, then here's a worthwhile task - try and mod/hack these SE G900 files to work on other UIQ smartphones.

I think the 4 apps below are what most P1 users wish to see on their UIQ smart phone:

   Touch Focus is excellent for those snapshots where you can show off the powers of your smart phone. Apart from being a gimmick-y function it's also quite useful, as occasionally the camera does get the focus slightly off (for small subjects I wish to focus on).
   
   
2. 
   
   Standby Panels could have made life so much easier if it was released much earlier. It's a brilliant idea and I have no idea why SE didn't release a patch or application for previous UIQ users.
   
   
3. 
   
   Notes is another useful utility app which only those lucky devils with their SE G900 or G700 get. And I have no idea why SE decided not to release it as a standalone app - it's just got so much potential for business and casual users, be it really taking notes in a meeting or just random doodling.
   
   
4. 
   
   Last but not least, I think more or less everyone wants to get a port of the Media player. It looks quite impressive and is definitely a step up from the default UIQ media player. To top it off a lot of K-series phones and other non-Walkman phones are now getting this newly improved, slick version of the media player so hopefully there will be a port available for the P1.

Modification Sony k800i to Sony Ericson k810i

Do you know Simply Modding convert a k800i to a k810i? Attention before u do this :IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN DOING THIS GUIDE OR BEING ABLE TO REVERSE IT THEN DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS GUIDE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
YES THIS WILL INVALIDATE YOUR WARRENTY! .. ANY KIND OF MODDING WILL INVALIDATE IT TOO!. Read Here if you wanna read basic modding Sony Ericson.

Important : First of all ,


Things you need
*XS++
*Main Firmware & Filesystem(Password = kkan)
(The Latest Main firmware+Filesystem | R8BA024 )(There Is a VKP File in The zip (this vkp is to unlock your flashed k810i later on if you want to keep the vkp you can!) , if not just delete that ...no need of that

Here the Step :
1. Connect Your Phone
Install The Phone XS++ & Connect The Phone (start turn the phone off remove the memory card and take out the battery for a few seconds ... then replace the battery and connect your USB CABLE first to the phone whilst holding the "C" key down then connect it to your USB PORT (still holding the "C" key!))




2.Flashing MAIN FIRMWARE + FILE SYSTEM & CUSTOMIZATION



>Select the downloaded main firmware & filesystem
>select customize filesystem
Model = k800
Select CDA & Region = EUROPE_2(CDA102511/2)
>Set the options as above & Hit FLASH

##This selection is only for the files i hav mentioned above(R8BA024 - MAIN FIRMWARE + FILESYSTEM)##

After all these processes you will get a massage = Disconnected,Unplug Your Phone

>Then Unplug Your Phone ,Remove the battery & reinsert it .Then Turn On The Phone ....
Now U hav Ur new k810i )
